Stop Being Angry

Anger is a very powerful emotion that is rooted in fear but as you have the ability to control your thoughts you have the ability to stop being angry. The physical responses the body experiences during a fit of rage are not becoming, and they are direct indicators that the anti emotion is harmful to your health and your wellbeing.
